Khalil Bendib

Award-winning Berkeley-based editorial cartoonist Khalil Bendib’s cartoons are regularly featured in dozens of small and mid-size newspapers across the country, and they can be viewed at www.bendib.com. They have also been featured in USA Today, The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and numerous other large mainstream newspapers.

His books of political cartoons include It Became Necessary to Destroy the Planet in Order to Save it (PlanNine, 2003,) Mieux Vaut Empire qu'en Pleurer (E-dite, Paris 2005) and Mission Accomplished (Interlink 2007.) His next book, Let Them Eat Cake, will be published in 2010.
